When a life is saved from a serious accident, heart attack or stroke, what happens next? Through research, innovation, physical rehabilitation and care, Toronto Rehab works tirelessly to restore a person's quality of life and get them back to doing the things they love. Because only then is life truly saved.
New brand, new website design! I helped Toronto Rehab adapt the campaign look to their online presence.
A year later, Toronto Rehab became part of the University Health Network (UHN) and sadly the website and Innovations Gallery below were no more. But I consider it a success that in addition to getting the public's attention, we also played a small part in getting the UHN to notice Toronto Rehab too.
The Innovations Gallery was created to showcase the latest treatments and innovations happening at Toronto Rehab. It’s an immersive online experience where the user selects one of three environments Toronto Rehab has made an impact: at home, in the community and at its rehabilitation facility.
When you clicked on a yellow button, animation would demonstrate the innovation. Here we start on the innovations Toronto Rehab has developed for the home.
This particular innovation detects when someone has fallen. Even if you are unconscious and can't tell the system "I've fallen and I can't get up!", it will still call 9-1-1 for you. Just one of the ways Toronto Rehab is working to make sure you have independence and quality of life for as long as you live.
